Preparation method: Dissolve 1 serving (25 g - 1 scoop) in 300 ml of water using a shaker. Unscrew the shaker and wait about 30 seconds for the foam to subside. The formation of foam is a natural phenomenon and does not affect the quality of the product.
Recommended use: Training days: 1-3 servings per day (in the morning after waking up, after training and before going to bed). Non-training days: 1-3 servings. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
